Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . "Stayed 3 nights at the Du lac et De Parc in April. Hotel is amazing- one of my favourite locations, in beautiful grounds situated right on the bank on Lac Garda in Riva. Great base to spend time and explore from. Breakfast was a great spread catering for all and dinner in the Bistro suited us perfectly- all with excellent service. Outside pool was heated and just perf For me in April! "

"Beautiful hotel, nice location, very welcoming staff who spoke some English and very accommodating. The spa was being renovated and therefore made it very confusing to know what we could use or how to access. There were no redirection signs which meant we didn’t find use of it until our last day. Also the spa staff couldn’t help as they didn’t understand English. When we did get into the spa we went to the sauna and a gentleman who didn’t seem professionally dressed asked us if we were to stay...

"We stopped here on the way between the Sourh of France and Baden Baden. We wish we could have stayed at least a week as the whole experience was exceptional. We therefore decided to spoil ourselves by dining in the exclusive Muse restaurant within the resort. The 6 course menu was fantastic."
