Staff were lovely, particularly at the bar and in the breakfast room. Breakfast buffet was very good with a huge variety of choice. "

"The hotel looks pretty bad and run down from the outside, but inside it is lovely and warm and welcoming, it looks like it's had a refurbishment. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. Best views from a hotel I've had for years too. I couldn't fault the hotel other than outside appearance."
