We had a great stay! 3 couples and 2 dogs. We were in 3 Lake view rooms with balconies. It was extremely hot weather while we were there so we didn’t make use of the spa features. We swam in the gorgeous pools and the lake from the jetty that extended from the property. We parked at the Grifo parking that provides golf cart service on arrival and departure (by far the best solution with the extremely narrow streets and tons of pedestrians!!) The only hurdle was that one person in our group arrived on a later day and, even though the parking was for the full stay, we couldn’t use the golf cart service for her arrival. The front desk and poolside staff stood out as exceptional. The included breakfast was very good.

If I could give Villa Crespi 20 stars, I would! 🌟 We have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but Villa Crespi has completely redefined hospitality for us. We left feeling genuinely cared for—and perhaps a little spoiled for every hotel that comes after! From arrival, every detail was effortless. We were welcomed with cold water, the staff arranged our anniversary dinner, drove us there, escorted us inside to explain that we were their guests and mention my dietary restrictions, then returned to pick us up. The next morning, the staff surprised me with freshly prepared gluten-free breads, cream-filled croissants and chocolate torte. Knowing we had a boat trip planned, they created an extraordinary picnic for us: beautifully prepared sandwiches, snacks, chilled sparkling water, champagne on ice with glasses, fresh towels, and even tea-tree-infused refreshing towels for after swimming. They drove us to and from the boat as well. Our room was magnificent, with an extraordinary view, a comfortable bed and every amenity imaginable. Even our departure was thoughtful: cold waters waiting inside of the car, and we were given gifts from their kitchen to take home. This is what true 5 star hospitality means: not just luxury, but anticipating a guest’s needs before they ask. We were so moved by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the entire staff that that I left handwritten thank-you notes—something I have never done before. This was more than a hotel stay- it was an experience. 🌟

Our second visit to Parco San Marco as we loved it so much the first time! We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival but this was quickly rectified after first night and we were moved to the correct one in block L. Excellent room - great layout, well appointed kitchenette and lake views from both rooms. A car really is needed to be able to explore the area, get to shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. We loved our trip to Monte Tamaro for cable car, high ropes, toboggan and water park. Breakfast is always a highlight, so much choice and staff always very friendly and helpful. This is such a stunning resort. Never crowded despite high occupancy rates. Always space at pools, lake etc. Great facilities and something for all ages - family pool with slides, adult relax pool, lake with inflatable slide for older children, family spa, adult only spa. My 12 year old said it’s the perfect resort that’s got everything! Wonderful continental feel that makes holidaying here relaxing and memorable. Staff very attentive and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
