I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect.
The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como

Absolutely terrible ! Would not recommend this place at all. Not clean at all. The room we booked was NOTHING like the pictures. They changed our bungalow to a mobile home and the air conditioning didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t even get cold. We booked for 2 nights and didn’t end up even staying there.

We geberally like our stay nice hotel well maintained helpfull staff. The only things we dont like was that for everything you need to pay extra even for the towels for the pool the private parking of the hotel and caps to get inside the pool
