Find the Best Italian Lakes Bed and Breakfast

"The property is exceptionally clean and peaceful, and the owner is truly wonderful. She is a charming young woman who ensures the hotel is perfect for couples. She personally oversees all operations and prepares the breakfast herself, including the bread, coffee, and eggs. With only four rooms available, she has thoughtfully decorated the space, even hand-painting many of the items herself. It is a lovely establishment."

"Easy check in, great location. Communication skills were very good by host"

"Fabulous property in great condition and excellent breakfast well presented."

"Large clean room, great location and fabulous breakfast offering at a local restaurant 50 yards away."

"The place is beautifully designed and the staff were great super helpful, kind and friendly. "

"Excellent location, lovely room, 100% recommend :)"

"Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden, kundenorientierten und freundlichen Kontakt. Das Frühstück, welches in einer naheliegenden Bäckerei/Konditorei serviert wird, hätte durchaus etwas üppiger ausfallen dürfen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft aber trotzdem sehr gerne weiter empfehlen,"

"Excellent place to stay! Great service from the owners. Wonderful breakfast, clean modern rooms. Great attention to detail"

"Everything was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and told us all about the villa and its history. The place is very authentic and cozy. We had a great time!"

"Good location, the hosts is very friendly and easy to communicate with."

"Excellent person, beautiful place and everything was great."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. There is a dedicated path so you aren’t walking on...

"Everything was perfect. Hosts were very friendly, breakfast nice, bed was comfortable. Absolutely worth staying there!"

"It was great!"

"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"Amazing place, quiet, authentic, huge apartment, great host - we loved it !!"

"My stay there was worth every cent. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with a good breakfast included."

"Amazing views and nice to have a pool, owners are very friendly. The downsides are you will need a car as it’s up steep hills also air con did not work at all and neither did the WiFi properly."

"Pour commencer le propriétaire est d'une immense gentillesse, la maison est magnifique, notre chambre était luxueuse, ainsi que la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner excellent servi par notre hôte. Nous avons eu le loisir d'avoir un repas préparé par ses soins, qui était excellent. Sans compter le calme et la vue sur une partie du lac."

"Good room for a 1 day stay"
