We booked Three rooms for a family vacation with my 4 months old baby and her grandparents. Upon booking we messaged the hotel for rooms next to each other, we told the hotel it is very important that we stay close each other. The manager Eveline said it was confirmed. However when we arrived it was not the case. The grandparents had to run around in hotel to see their grandson. I asked to talk to the manager Eveline, she DID NOT show up the whole time... Theres only one restaurant in the hotel, so breakfast, lunch and dinner all at the same place. The staffs were extremely rude. The have no respect of customers and were not well trained at all. They are more like a TWO STAR HOTEL staffs than five star. In the end my baby was sick so i had to leave my massage treatment 20 minutes in, for a 90 minutes treatment. Not only they charged me full amount they wanted to charge my husband even though he canceled his half hour before it was started. This hotel has the worst customer service i have ever had in my life, we had such a horrible time... If you want to book this place be ready to get trapped in a secluded area with terrible service and ridiculous staff. This will be our last time staying there and we will warn all of our friends to stay away!
