The area is rural, so if you are looking for the convenience of not having to drive, this is not the place for you. If you ARE looking for a relaxing and extraordinary view of the Irish countryside this is a must stay! This property is surrounded by farms on all sides. Our two young children had a wonderful time running around outside. Valentia is a great base from which to explore this part of Kerry. Noreen was a friendly, helpful host.
