Hotel in desperate need of renovation - damaged furniture, marked or dirty sink surround and ripped sofa in my first room and badly damaged ceiling in my second room. Carpet threadbare in reception and very dated decor. Food was not good but service and team were very pleasant.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Hotel staff were very sweet and pleasant but sadly the hotel has seen better decades. Zoe and the Portuguese lady, forgive me not knowing her name, were extremely lovely.

The hotel is needing a lot of tlc.. but the staff and cleanliness make up for its rather tired interior. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt well catered for throughout my stay.
