"We enjoyed our time at number 11. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the views over the harbour and made use of the log fire. The children enjoyed playing the board games provided. It's only a few minutes walk to the town and harbour down the steep steps, quite an effort getting back up but worth it for the views. "I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...
