Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful location I cant fault anything. Pub and local store in easy walking distance. Just be aware no local public transportation except taxi which have limited availability. Wasnt a big issue but if you want to go into Plymouth it was £25 each way to the train station with one train an hour. We brought our telescope but unfortunately had cloud cover but would be a perfect location for evening of star gazing

Amazing property, well managed, thoughtfully and professionally

Very nice property, most things required were supplied. Only disappointment was the pillows, ones supplie were old and very inferior quality plus they did not have pillow protectors on. This was the only downside

2nd visit amazing location and 5 star amenities. We will be back

Lovely location,and very friendly owners

Brilliant apartment Stunning decor Beautiful taste As a disabled lady, we found from parking the car to unlocking the apartment door, it was easy as all on one floor. There is a lift to get to the restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One one point, we could not find an ice tray x

The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. We had such a great time as the location was 1 minute from everything! The place was modern, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the baby seagull who liked to greet us early in the morning on the roof velux windows first thing in the morning. Something to expect by the seaside. Highly recommended The Orange Hut for Pizza, best GF...

Very comfortable and clean. All equipment for all requirements, as in cooking. The view was amazing. It should be made clearer how steep the steps are up to the hall door.

We enjoyed our stay at this historic, well-equipped vacation apartment. The property had everything we needed. While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day.

We stayed with my other half and the pooch for a week beginning of june .....it was ideal clean and perfect stay for what we needed x The harbour isnt too far away plenty of bars and restaurants eught on the doorstep and the sun is on the property on a night time beautiful stay thank you very much will we be back one day xxxx

Lovely chalet, very well equipped, peaceful and pretty surroundings,

The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.

Very clean property ideally suited you can walk to Tescos you have a pub which is not noisy across the road and they do good food Beds were comfortable and you have a parking space at the rear . You 2 minutes from all trade pick ups toolstation, screw fix topps tiles . We used it as we had it for a month doing a 4 week job 15 minutes away . Heating was excellent wi fi excellent also .
