"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! "Out door eating area very clean and well kept. We had a school reunion, there was plenty of space, tables and chairs. Great breakfast and evening meals. Entertainment in the evenings. The front terrace was lovely to sit on in the day time. "
