"This is an excellent hotel for families, couples, and individuals. Our room was spacious, the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable, the staff were helpful, and the on- site restaurant provided good meals, and the location is just outside the old city, making sight seeing and finding good restaurants very accessible."

"On the upside, the hotel has a great location close to good restaurants, the Plains of Abraham’s entrance is roughly 7 minutes away. Beautiful area to explore, follow it long enough and you are at the Chateau Frontenac. On the downside the hotel partners with a restaurant inside the hotel. Unfortunately the day we tried to have breakfast there it was set up buffet style. We arrived at 9:15 am and all the trays etc were almost empty. A single sausage, a tablespoon of eggs and so on. Further I left my do not disturb sign on my door. As I was alone and staying for only four nights I did not think I would need anything. The staff member entered my room and left clean towels removing the used one. My bed was never made at this time. So really nothing to complain about but worthy of note."
