"Arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by Mandeep who not only welcomed us and informed us of all the wonderful amenities (a great breakfast with a waffle machine, movie nights in the evening, a pool with a water slide, and both laundry and gym facilities), but advised us of fun things to see and do in the city. In fact, the entire front desk staff: Suzanne, Hom, Aman were courteous, helpful and warm. Shweta who cleaned and maintained our room was wonderful and made us feel right at home. "Chateau Frontenac is one of those must stay hotels. A Grande Dame, so to speak. We were Gold Floor, so having access to that private lounge was great for down time and a dessert in the evening. "
