"The staff was outstanding but I can't see myself staying here again. The hotel is designed in a bizarre manner - it's incredibly long with check-in/breakfast at one end - you end up walking an incredible length to get to/from your room. I checked - it was about half a kilometer to walk from our room to the dining area and back. Our room was clean and such, but we didn't have any glasses when we arrived (I walked to the dining area to get some) - and I couldn't control the temperature - at least I couldn't figure out how to control the temp. "

"Clean rooms. A/C was locked. Parking is hard and underground parking is super full & tight spaces. Ceiling in the garage is too low for big cars. Check in & out very easy & friendly. Advised to leave the key in the room & leave. Very convenient & easy check out. Thank you! "

"Room was very nicely decorated. Couch and the room overall had a strange smell. There was only enough hot water for one shower in the morning which was shocking. There was nothing offered but a sorry to hear when it was reported that there was no hot water."
