Online they make it sound like they have two heated pools, only one which children are allowed to use. During our 5 night stay we weren’t able to use the pool at all because everytime we tried both hot tubs and the pool were full of screaming children. They were so loud that you could hear them all the way down the hallways in the sauna and steam rooms. We loved the customer service, and like to go up to Quebec in the winters for long weekends, but will not be returning to this hotel unless visiting with friends who have small children. Plenty of other very nice boutique hotels that are much more relaxing and equally well located in the old port area. But a big thank you for the staff for being so wonderful.
