Room was fine, but many don’t seem to have a view. The hotel restaurant, Chez Boulay, is one of the best in Quebec City. Note that there are no parkings around the hotel, except the hotel’s Valet Parking, which is expensive. In summary, I would stay again, but probably upgrade my room and take into account parking price when comparing with other hotels. What was most disappointing, however, was the response from management. We reported these issues and received no follow-up confirming they had been resolved. When we requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, our request was flatly refused, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. This lack of accountability is simply not acceptable. I won't be returning to this hotel, and I will not be considering any other Aneyro property in the future."
