The room was very modern and comfortable. My complaint is that the hotel did not warn us that a big street festival was happening and the roads around the hotel were all closed. We ultimately had to phone for directions to access the rear entrance. We received help with our luggage from 2 employees. Next we found that the instructions to access the indoor parking lot were inaccurate, and the key card to get in the garage did not work. Not sure that I would stay there again.

Like: location, accessibility, large room, quite, great restaurant on site, very helpful staff. Did not like: that initial room key did not work in elevator to go up from 7 to 8th floor. Initially lead to believe that breakfast was included, but unfortunately not true.
