"Despite the lobby having a luxurious aspect, the hotel rooms themselves lacked the same feeling. Specifically in regards to the bathroom where it was evident that it is outdated and somehow not clean. The complimentary coffee machine with cups were present; but, there were no bottled water or anything to prepare the coffee. Similar to the cooler which lacked any beverages. However, we rested well on comfy mattresses with clean and nice linens. And I would like to compliment the staff who were very welcoming and pleasant."

"All walls in black , all in bathroom and floors not so fond of it , I felt claustrophobic, too dark for me ! The lights are so dim, no proper lights in bathroom for putting makeup on. Otherwise all good, the room is big , nice bed ,the pillows are too soft and thin though. The kitchen is well equipped. We were in a king bed room . The bar and lounge area on the top floor are very nice .Theres small gym and nice amenities with sauna but we we didn’t try it .The location is excellent , walkable to every nice places you wanna be .😊"

"Dear Team, From the moment we arrived at the Capitol, Alon, the bellman, and the entire team were wonderful. I had mentioned that we would be arriving early, and Charlotte was kind enough to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Antoine and Oli at the bar were fantastic as well. Our room was very clean, and I especially appreciated all the little touches that made us feel so welcome and special. My only negative comment is regarding one staff member who served us at the bar on Tuesday, August 18, around 4:00 p.m. I simply asked her, “How are you?” and she replied that she was tired and did not want to be there. Unfortunately, that did not reflect the level of service we experienced from the rest of your wonderful team or the standards of your establishment. Fortunately, Antoine was fantastic and helped turn the situation around. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciate the care and hospitality shown by your team. Thank you again for making our stay special. Warm regards,"

"The location was great! Right there at Vieux Port, we walked everywhere. The supermarket was less than a mile away. The bathroom is on the first floor, which is not great for the person sleeping upstairs. The property is a little run down but very clean and well stocked. I’d stay there again"
