The room was untidy. We had to sweep the apartment ourselves after noticing a lot of "debris" under the couch. There was one bath towel and 1 face cloth for a 3 night stay. We reached through email. Again, response was quick and apologetic, but onsite housekeeper said he received no communication about it and had to locate additional towels. Location is perfect. Communication was above average.
