The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We needed an iron during our stay, and it was convenient to find one on each floor. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in a little early at no extra charge. The location was great, too! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for exploring the old port. lots of good bistros and shops around. you should bring personal toiletries as there is no family mart or convenience stores in the neighbourhood in case you need them.

This apartment had virtually everything going for it. I would happily live in it long-term. One of the things I found remakable was the QUIET. The bed was also very comfortable. As a result we slept better in the Loft than in any other rented room we've ever stayed in. The only improvement I would suggest to the owners is building better storage for clothes.

Great location, quiet street. Lower town. Cafés close by so you can pick up tea or coffee grounds for filter (mesh) coffeemaker. Salt and pepper provided. No host welcome treats so bring your own nibbles. Grocery store is about 20 min walk. Shared laundry on each floor; bring own laundry pods.

This property was clean and comfortable with an excellent location. It is in easy walking distance of many restaurants and the heart of the old town. I was able to reserve parking at the Quai St. Andre parking lot when I made my reservation, but with no explanation, it was cancelled on our day of arrival. We went to the parking lot anyway, and it had plenty of spaces and was a pay-and-display lot. I don't know how a reservation would have worked anyway. It was very convenient and easy to use. Also note if you want to cook that the lofts have plenty of kitchenware and dishes, but they do not stock any food, like coffee or cooking oil, just salt and pepper.

Parking was fairly close but make sure you register ahead of time. Not fun to walk several blocks from parking to the units when it's raining and blowing, though. Everything was good; however, it would have helped to have more dishes. We did not have enough drinking glasses, no paper towels, no spices. Be really careful about the sharp corners on the platform beds. We really skinned our shins several times from running into them. They are very close to the wall as well. The location was great! Bed, sofa, and dining chairs were comfortable. Here's hoping you are not expecting any kind of a view at all. Pretty much just a concrete wall across from a narrow alley for us.

perfect location, nicely appointed. It was a very warm 3 days and a ceiling fan in the bedrooms would have kept us a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, this was a great spot that I would recommend highly.

I loved the location...in old Quebec within walking distance to many attractions and activities. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We did leave a day early. It was very hot and the air conditioning could not keep up in these conditions. I would definitely stay again!

Parking is very convenient and it is just a short walk. Rooms are clean. if there is in-suite washing machine and dryer, then it will be a perfect spot. If snow on the street in front of the building can be removed and cleared, then it will make it more safe to get on and get off car.
