Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. It was easy to walk to from the bus station and close to many restaurants and historical sites. It was obviously renovated with quality in a modern way while still preserving the old style (brick and stone walls). Exceptionally clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks for clothes in the bedrooms (there was no place to put any clothes). Communication with the company was excellent - they responded immediately to any email or phone call. The location is great - just next to several restaurants and la basse ville. Very walkable to Old Quebec City. Cafes and restaurants just outside your door! The unit has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. As we were on a road trip the first thing we did was to do our laundry in the unit. Your own detergent is required. Parking was available across the street.
