"This hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay. It is an easy walk to everything. Staff was welcoming and made great recommendations. The facility was clean and updated. We would 100% stay here again. Parking was also available. "
"Attentive and helpful staff; conscientious and thorough house-keeping staff, fine facilities, including some recent renovations. Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. It's high tourist season, and we probably wouldn't go again this time of year - but we are thinking about November

"We spent two nights at the Hotel Port Royal while visiting Quebec City. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can easily walk to many sights, shops and restaurants. We ate breakfast both mornings at the hotel, and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I wish we had eaten lunch or dinner there. We had a large, beautiful room with a very large bathroom. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. A special shout-out to Mathilda (day shift) and Danick (evening shift) for helping us with any question or need we had. They definitely helped make our stay so delightful. "
"Check in process was a dream. The staff is so friendly and the hotel commitment to customer satisfaction is clear.
The hotel accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready for us hours before check in! Julien at the front desk was so friendly and Alain who took our car for valet was also great.
When we called the front desk for more towels, someone arrived at our door within 5 minutes.
Location is great, rooms are spotless and the hotel is beautiful. Awesome place! "
"Superbe hôtel. Chambre de toute beauté, très propre, confortable, silencieuse Emplacement de choix au cœur du vieux-Québec. Personnels courtois, souriants et accueillants. "
