Everything was clean. There were enough cutlery and utensils for us to cook a nice meal and create a nice breakfast in the morning. We had to get used to getting to our room and find a parking without anyone on site to help. But the service on the phone was great. The hotel was a short walk from all the attractions and the location was very quiet. There was a good range of amenities in the room and the kitchenette was well equipped. So close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet and restful. The property was comfortable and fairly well equipped. The member of staff that offered us towels, coffee, etc. every morning was so welcoming and friendly. On seeing some of the other hotels we were considering, we’re so glad we picked Le 31! The location is excellent — it’s within walking distance of Old Quebec (UNESCO area) and doesn’t require climbing any steep hills or stairs. The hotel responded quickly whenever we had questions.
