The property is excellent and I would recommend for your stay. It’s very close to the old city, citadel and other attractions as well as very close to St. Jean street which has all the great restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.

good location and very clean, stylish and comfortable space. Check in a bit confusing with two pin pads at entrance and a room entry system that relies on digital keys. Once you know the system it works great but the first time utilizing the system was a bit frustrating. Would stay again.

The place was clean and convenient. Communication was great. I booked the place for 3 people but the blankets were only for 2. It took a little bit of efforts to sort that out. But overall it was a good experience.

We were extremely pleased with Le 31 McMahon. We could easily walk throughout the Old Town of Quebec city, reaching everywhere with a 5-20 minute walk at maximum. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well supplied. Checking in/checkout was effortless, and the E – keys are quite convenient! And we found convenient parking at $18 USD daily just down the street. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the old town of Quebec City!

Really cool place, like a little studio loft apartment. Fantastic location in the upper city, just inside the walls of Old Quebec. Quiet and peaceful but only 3 minutes from the top of Rue St Jean, for shopping and dining. Also very close to the other side of Rue St. Jean, outside the walls, for hip and trendy stuff. Very comfortable bed. The room has an iron, hair dryer and full kitchen. You will need to bring your own toiletries, shampoo and conditioner.

The communication and check in process were negatively impacted by booking through a 3rd party. Once we arrived however the hotel’s virtual assistant was readily available and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Overall the room was great and the location was perfect. Check in process and building and room access is all digital. This works great if you get the email and text, but we did not until arrival and calling host. Was simple to do but others received in advance.

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the major attractions and restaurants. The layout of the 2 bedroom was great, and private for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The bedrooms are spread far apart and each room has it’s own private bathroom. I would have liked if the room had at least one full length mirror in the main area to check your fit prior to going out, otherwise the room was wonderful.
