"Loved here my room was facing onto the sea and beach front. Very clean and well decorated, plenty of towels in bathroom which was also very clean, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handwashing ans body lotion/ hand cream provided. Swimming pool area was very clean robes were provided changing area was spotless. There weren’t sny bags for put our wet swimsuits but that was the only fault. Receptionist helped me with a loan of an I phone charger - forgotten mine very grateful to her. Celebrated daughter’s birthday staff who served us dinner and looked after us the serve was amazing, very polite, even after someone had collapsed in the dining area serve still continued and we managed to get a birthday cake and sung in our low voices happy birthday to give the person some dignity. Ps hope she recovered. Bar staff were very polite and respectful. Breakfast was great variety of cereals, fruit, bread, pastries, and also cooked breakfast. Coffe, different fruit juices were also available, All I can say is that from the moment we arrived to the moment we left service was exceptional And we will definitely be back to stay at this establishment. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"We only booked one night initially as we has planned to stay in the centre of Glasgow but as we where planning on catching the ferry to Belfast we booked a further night in the hotel as we had really enjoyed our first stay. The room were a good size and clean and the breakfast was also very good and for the money it was an excellent choice! It also meant we missed the traffic congestion in central Glasgow."

"Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful with mature trees. Overnight charging for electric cars was possible although we did not need it. The sauna and steam room were well maintained and hot. Breakfast coffee was dire - undrinkable. There were no oats but there was fruit and yogurt as well as cooked items and a selection of pastries."

10/10 Excellent
"Overall, this wee hotel was excellent. We stayed there 3 nights with my kids. Staffs are outstanding, we had to check in after midnight. After wondering around the pub, bit worried, then call to their number and staff let us checked in. They were extremely helpful and friendly . I am not sure about customer service desk in the pub. Sometimes, bar staffs are little rude .. when hotel guest asks them for anything .. mistakenly! The hotel is in great location, lots of amenities around, lots of parking."
