A lovely hotel that seemed a little different with the design of the room we stayed in being in a courtyard. The area around the hotel was really well laid out with tables and chairs so lots of options for sitting outside in the sun. The restaurant was exceptional with the food and the staff being very friendly and helpful with a great full English breakfast. The bar area was also very attractive. Everything was really clean. It was easy to walk 5 mins approx to two other places to eat and drink and the beach was also easy to get to. It may be a lot busier in the summer but it was nice and peaceful and would definitely recommend this place.

Went for a night away and long walks on the beach. Perfect spot with great service and the most amazing hot chocolate! Clean cosy and ideal for a last minute break

First stay.
The hotel consisted of chalet accomodation plus a large comfortable and inviting lounge, bar and dining room. The chalet took a little time to get used to, but it warmed up quickly and was comfortable on the whole. It was also quiet and i felt able to come and go (with one very late night), without disturbing others, as the chalet was only one storey. I found the shower was a bit dated, but worked well enough when i got used to it. There was plenty of hot water at different times of the day. I only had a main course on one evening and that was fine. I would suggest that the hotel introduces 'fair trade' tea and coffee in the rooms (and elsewhere) and (if possible) environmentally friendly lavatory paper (recycled).

Loved the fact that although allowing animals, a section was set aside in main dining areas for patrons who take animals to dine with them, something I have difficulty coming to terms with.
