The two reception staff and the chef were very professional, polite and helpful. The typical warm friendly welcome you usually get in Hull. The evening meal was very good. Tasty, well presented and generous portions. I cannot comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it. I will happily stay again when next on business in Hull. The city centre, marina, town hall, business district and old town a few minutes walk away. Osborne St car park is a clean, well lit multi-storey just behind the hotel for £3/ 24 hours and right opposite a police station. If it’s your first time, you can stop in a lay-by outside the hotel to unload and reception will give directions to the car park. But due to road works and a one way system it takes over a mile drive to get to the car park just a hundred yards away. My tip is to turn left onto Osborne Street (if heading south on Ferensway), just before the hotel, park up in Osborne St car park on the right just past police station and walk the 100 yards with your luggage.

The staff at the hotel were amazing from check in to the bar and restaurant staff. Room was perfect and clean, would definitely stay again.

Would have been better if all the ridiculous restrictions were finally lifted.

This is my third visit here during all these troubling times, it's nice to see thought and consistancy. The staff are happy and welcoming. The rooms are as clean (maybe cleaner) than you might expect. Look forward to a more normal visit in the future. Big thanks to ALL the staff and wish both them and their families the best for the New Year.
