"The hotel and our room overall were nice and clean. We loved their breakfast every morning ! The roof top bar access was also a plus. Well worth the price!"

"On the positive side: The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed is good; the high-quality linen and pillows are soft. Bathroom products are very high quality. For the central location, it is pretty quiet in the room if the cleaning staff close the windows correctly ( I realized it on the second night). Suggestions: You need to create check list which includes checking all bathroom products (we didn’t have soap for the sink); Check windows and doors before and after each guest. Pocket door between bathroom and room not very functional; it took me 20 minutes to stick it out, and it was pretty tough to operate. Have Number 9 printed on the phone to call the concierge. Breakfast: all ingredients are fresh and taste good, but for 30 euro per person, you get a very limited variety. Eggs are not included. Simple sunny-side-up costs 9 euro. For sweets, you have the option of 3 puff pastries. Deli includes very good quality Iberico ham, cooked ham, and 2 types of salami. The coffee tastes like French press but is made on an espresso machine. I wouldn’t say it is a good coffee."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Its best attribute is the location as it is close to everything. The consequence of this is that it can be hard to sleep due to crowds outside. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for a 4 star hotel and to avail of one would cost 5 euros per night rent! The breakfast was good, nice selection and the staff work hard to make sure that everything is replenished. I wouldn’t recommend the bar or the restaurant. The food choices are too heavy and too limited. The bar is also rather antiquated in regards to its choice. There was a free gift of tapas and a drink. I would have preferred free water, instead it had to paid for from the mini bar. The check in was of a high standard, the check out was poor. There was no interest in how the stay was or helping guests onto their next destination. Stay for the location (which you will pay a lot for) not the service or amenities."
