This is a very comfortable place to stay, within easy reach of Hounslow Central tube for easy access to London. The people here were so friendly and kind, and went the extra mile to help me out with parking.

had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very friendly and helped with my luggage, making me feel welcome from the start. Check-in was quick and easy, room service was good, and the team gave excellent recommendations for places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the bed felt quite old and could do with being replaced. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We had to stay here owing to BA flight disaster couldn,t have chosen better. Recently upgraded close to airport and tube into london on picaddily line

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. Clean, cozy & spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful neighbourhood. Centrally located with good accessibility. Polite and friendly staff. Worth the price.

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for westend. Convent garden The mall and trafalgar square. Next door to charing cross station. Rooms ideal. Bathroom great. Hotel.old but loads of character. Great facilities, they really have thought of everything… from the cinema room to the gym & the laundry room. Stayed for a work trip but would return for a personal trip!
