A beautiful and spacious 3 bed cottage, with secluded secure garden, located in the vibrant and historic market town of Horncastle, on the outskirts of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds.

Within easy walking distance there are a plethora of antique shops, coffee shops / tea rooms, pubs, variety of restaurants and independent retailers.

Perfect for short stays or for longer as a base location to travel to local cities like Lincoln or Newark or to the coastal regions of Mablethorpe or Skegness

Quirky home missing a couple of finishing touches.
A quirky and comfortable home handily situated for access to the Wolds and Lincoln. The property would benefit from a few finishing touches such as a welcome pack and a bit more info on the property and its history. The bath looks great but isn't wholly practical for showering once the shower curtain is closed. The children loved the layout of the house and the books and games were well received.
