"The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again"

"Wow. An absolutely fabulous property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully presented and It really is so well equipped. The only thing I would mention is if you have really small dogs (we have a Border Terrier and a Jack Russell) the garden isn’t sufficiently enclosed that they couldn’t escape, but other than, it is a stunning spot for a really fantastic holiday. The owners are super-helpful and we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone...

The garden was huge and my nieces loved rolling down the slope at the end. Beaulieu is a great location both as somewhere to visit itself but also as a base to explore from. This was for my friends hen do and she absolutely loved it and kept saying what a perfect house it was. I know there’s a fair fee of us that will hopefully be booking it again! "This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. The garden was great for the two dogs that we brought. The host showed us around when we arrived and said if we needed anything just to ring this was comforting. The only slight draw back was it could have been a little cleaner in fact there were a pair of knickers under one of the beds presumably left by a previous tenant!"

"This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. Gives a wrong first impression,also picture of pub called The Woolpack is nowhere near the property,picture states outside which gives a wrong impression.
