"The first night of our stay we had 4 tour buses of people in the hotel as well as ourselves. so it was rather busy. We decided to eat at their restaurant. We were seated and waited for a waitress. I finally mentioned to the girl who seated us that we were ready to order. She told us to order at the bar. My husband went over ordered 2 American burgers explained the first one as described, and the second without relish and extra onion. We got one burger...we asked about the second.but we were only charged for one, so we ordered again, same bartender, not clear english, waited for the second one. The receptionist said she gave us " an upgrade". However, the room was exactly as described and as we expected. Nothing upgraded about it. Was conveniently located near bus stop and not far from train station. Breakfast service was hot and cold. Good variety. Second day Breakfast service was ready, but not available for 7 am. Had to take a go bag Water had a metal taste to it. Barely hot water for shower. Parking available, but must pay for parking."

"Good hotel, a bit of a faf getting a drink when bar shut Twenty four hour shop self checkout But back and fourth for age verification voucher to apply at checkout pod to terminal very convenient Would definitely stay here again"

"Excellent and charming hotel. Very clean and very helpful staff. We weren't in a condition to utilize the amenities as we had just come in from a long days journey with redirected and rescheduled flights and unfortunately could not partake of the breakfast in the morning due to the timing of your flight out from Heathrow. That said, the hotel and staff were lovely and we could imagine the meals and amenities would have been top notch."

"Great Hotel , Lots of room in the car park, Only issue I had was they have signs in the car park to pay and then they charge you again when you check in. There should be signs in the car park letting you know to pay for the parking when you check in. other than that it was a perfect stay"

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant in all category of service. the rooms were nice and large and very comfortable with the facility's there was no need to venture out and very convenient to the airport"

"Our flight was cancelled and we were able to get a room at the last minute. It turned out to be a very happy detour as the staff were over-the-top according, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the food was top-notch. I would welcome the opportunity to be “stranded” here again with pleasure!"
