However, if you like the idea of a grade 2* listed country house in 35 acres of parkland with a tennis court, pickleball and croquet lawns give this some serious thought. Rooms are great with comfortable beds, hotel is full of character and history and the staff are really efficient, friendly and helpful"

"The rooms are spacious and great for airport stay. We booked three rooms for one night( last-minute) , one was perfect, one had some smell and the last one had a broken AC ( they brought fans which worked out) the beds were comfortable. The lobby is very nice, clean and updated. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but not free, so we took an uber. Will consider staying again. "
