"Great location, really nice, helpful staff and a lovely room. Very clean and comfy bed. Great lounge space downstairs too Happy to recommend this hotel"

"Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay."

"Very good accommodation. Great location, rooms were good and staff helpful. Breakfast came in a hamper in your room, very nice touch, plenty of it. Would definitely go back"

"Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation."

"What a wonderful gem of a hotel. Staff were lovely, couldn't recommend more."

"Really nice clean rooms along with excellent staff attention"
