STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. Educate ALL Staff NOT to Discriminate against Guests who are racially not white. "

"The staff in every area were incredible, we had a 3yr old and a 5yr old and the room with sofa bed was more than ample. We felt like one night wasn’t enough as we had such a great stay. Dinner at Brickworks and the breakfast next morning was superb. "

"Lovely room, very spacious and with a large comfortable bed.Bathroom has an overhead rainfall shower and/or a handheld shower head. Shower tray was rather slippery when wet. There was a hairdryer provided but it only had cold air no hot air facitilty. The coffee, tea and biscuits were a nice touch as was the bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. Good size car park and we were able to park right outside our room. "
