"What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"A lovely base to explore the area, great location. Lots of info on restaurants and places to visit nearby. A nice complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice little treat. Parking space was fine for our ford eco sport, could see it being a bit tight on some larger vehicles. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Seymour cottage was so much nicer than we thought it would be. Super cozy and warm. It was perfect for our 4 night break seeing family at Christmas. Very clean. Very well equipped. Just right."

"This was a great property for a family get-together. The layout is perfect for a large group with plenty of space for relaxing, chilling, chatting etc. The location is perfect with easy access to the north Norfolk coastline. A definite recommendation!"

"We booked a family/ friends trip away for Easter. The location was great, for the a waterfront view, a short walk to town and Roy’s! It was also a short walk from boat hire company for our day on the Broads. There were 3 spacious rooms for the adults and the dog. The owner was easy to contract via email and phone. The Kitchen could do with some more kitchen wear such as sharper knifes. Nevertheless we had some great meals and Easter lunch. Over it was a lovely weekend."

"The pod was lovely, maybe a bit quirky. Everything we needed Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. One point, the use of the hot tub is an additional charge, which isn't made clear in the itinary or booking process. We felt the charge couldn't be justified so we didn't use the hot tub, which was a shame."
