Private parking for 3/4 cars. No smoking.. Situated within the owner’s grounds, retaining privacy and with an enclosed garden, Pear Tree Cottage is centrally located for exploring the coastline, beaches, nature and bird reserves. The village of Banham offers a zoo with Tarzan Tower Adventure play area and road train. Fishing lake within walking distance. Thetford Forest, 12 miles, has marked forest walks, national cycle route, wildlife hides, and adventure play area. Snetterton race circuit, 4 miles. Shops ¼ mile, pub 1 mile.

A lovely cottage with most facilities provided.

A lovely cottage with most facilities provided. Could do with a spruce up as it's getting on a bit now. The kitchen diner is a nice size, the main room is huge and the free Wi-Fi is generous. Although the location of the cottage is quite isolated, we still felt that it was slightly overlooked by the 2 next door properties. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage is in Banham, which is in the middle of nowhere.

The cottage is in Banham, which is in the middle of nowhere. The village is peaceful and the area is very relaxing - good for walks. There is almost no mobile phone signal and no wifi, which is brilliant. The only negative comment I could have is that the cottage is full of ornaments which is not kid friendly, but we simply moved them out of arms length. The local zoo is amazing. Given that it is in the middle of nowhere it wasn't very busy. Worth a full day to visit.
