Historical Sahoud Palace

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room I was given this time. I was placed on the 4th floor, and the view from the room was directly overlooking an empty rooftop, which was very unpleasant. As a returning guest, I expected a better room or at least a more pleasant view. I hope the hotel takes this into consideration for returning guests in the future.
