"Our stay at The Ayrlington was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully appointed with classic charm and modern comforts, and the location offered stunning views and easy access to the heart of Bath. The tranquil garden and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. The only slight letdown was breakfast — while the quality was good, clearer communication from the serving staff would have made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bath."

"Lovely place to stay. We actually added another 2 nights it was so relaxing. Elenor on reception was very helpful. Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hospitality extended by the staff was as friendly as it was professional and absolutely deserves a special mentioning. We did not have a chance to dine at the hotel but the breakfast was wonderful. We will certainly be back when we return to Bath next."

"An eccentric conversion of a gentleman’s country home into a special hotel. Decor a cross between the Rocky horror show and day of the triffids. Meals dinner and breakfast very nice."
