"I was staying over with work and the reviews were a mixed bag,I found the hallways were a bit worn and dated BUT they have got workmen in working on this,the rooms were spotless,the gym,steam room and jacuzzi was an added bonus,again the pool was missing a few tiles on the side of the pool but this was being fixed,the changing rooms are also being renovated,the evening meal I had from the restaurant was lovely,as was the breakfast in a nice tranquil restaurant,the staff were excellent and so polite,give it a go"

"Really nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, spa & leisure was lovely, nice pool, sauna and steam room, although you have to book access separately to guarantee usage, as if full capacity you won't be able to access"

"A really nice hotel in a lovely location. Excellent breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Room was ok, although smaller than we envisioned. Parking was very convenient with lots to do locally within a short walk. All in all we really enjoyed our stay."

"This is a beautiful, elegant, stylish Haven to stay at. The staff were absolutely polite and warm and kind. And the location was perfect and it was so nice that there was parking in the back of the end. I took advantage of the breakfast every morning, which was absolutely incredible. I would recommend this place."

"Great location. Right in the centre of Tetbury. Staff were great and the bar/restaurant is very good. The room was suitable, but the shower was not the best. The rooms on the website looked better than our particular room, but overall good value for money and would definitely stay again."
