"My husband, my 9 month old baby and I stayed at The Barleycorn for one night due to a relatives birthday in the area. The room we had was excellent, spacious and clean. Not a negative - just one thing, our room didn’t have a kettle (it had a lovely posh coffee machine - which wouldn’t be an issue for most people), and I had planned on making my baby’s bottles fresh in the morning which I then couldn’t do. "My husband and I enjoyed a 3 night break at The Snugg, Ellingham, near Ringwood. It was a very relaxing place to stay and it had been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was so comfortable and the linen and towels were of very high quality. There is a little courtyard garden where we sat out and enjoyed watching various birds visiting the feeder. "I really loved the Red Lion, the whole place is truly well kept, the furniture and the decorations including the lovely framed prints are all amazing and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and cosy.
