The owner were extremely welcoming. Was told that there may be late night noise due to the new night club opposite. Which didn't close until about 3am. Also informed that there was a function in the hotel which would finish at midnight. Also changed our room so any noise from the night club would not disturb us. Arranged for us to have a meal even though the bar food was ready to close. also received 20% off the cost of the bar food menu The food was great value and cooked to perfection and...

Very spacious room, extremely clean and comfortable. Fridge stocked with fruit, yogurt, milk, juice and cold water plus snacks. Nice for breakfast. The host was very friendly. Easy parking and really convenient for our trip to Stonehenge.

I stayed here just one night, but I had a fabulously comfortable sleep! The room was a good size, very clean and recently decorated (my visit was March 2017). As a wheelchair user, I can also say the accessibility is pretty good. A lovely stay at the Pembroke Arms. There was plenty of free parking to the rear of the Inn. Reception was efficient and friendly. Our room - two double beds so for four people - was large and comfortable with lovely touches like TeaPig teas and ground coffee. The room itself was quite cold but reception turned the heating up for us and it was a really cold day so no complaints.
We ate in the hotel that evening - a really nice restaurant and delicious (massive) pies.

Location was on a busy main road so exiting by car was difficult at times. Car parking although off road was tight. A bit too far to walk into Salisbury for an evening meal and nothing close by was good enough.

We stayed at the Chapter House for two nights (Friday and Saturday) as a base to visit Salisbury and the surrounding area and attend the Darkness into Light Advent Service at the cathedral on Saturday evening.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the town and just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral.
The staff were wonderful; friendly and attentive and happy to chat.
