"We booked this property in Fordingbridge since it was a reasonably short drive from Southampton (prior to our cruise). The plan was to spend 3 days in SW England (Bath, Stonehenge, etc.) and take in the charm of a small village. The property is lovely, however it is without air conditioning (A/C) and proper ventilation and during a summer heat wave, quite miserable. "We stayed at Hinton Lodge whilst visiting family and it made the perfect base. Everything was comfortable, clean and as described. Due to a last minute family emergency Clea was incredibly accommodating to some late minute changes, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the area."

"I was in a superior room. Breakfast more than adequate. Parking around back which is always good in towns like this. City parking is expensive (30 a day). Very handy to everywhere in town . Has all the mod cons in the room. "
