Check in was a bit clunky but my room was clean and comfortable. I was initially told the only dining option was a barbeque then informed there was a limited menu available. Had a steak which was fine. Breakfast was tasty and spot on time.

The fish and chips I had for the evening meal came with very cold/still frozen peas, so that had to go back, then I had to ask for a discount for the poorly prepared meal. The bed in the single room has a very uncomfortable and extremely soft mattress. Breakfast was good, with plenty on offer on the Full English.

Unfortunately the room was dirty lots of dust .Bathroom dirty shower unclean and cracked tiles No bedside lights We had a superior room wouldn’t like to see what the standard rooms are like. Shame really as the food we had evening meal and breakfast was really good

The property is old, run down and not kept very clean. There is no AC so you have to keep the windows open with no screens. This leads to two problems, mosquitoes that will eat you alive and lots of loud car noise from the main road all night. The shower in the bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship shower and didn’t drain well. All in all, avoid this property. There is nothing around and food choice ended up being equally bad at a recommended restaurant.

Quite the find

It's an old pub so sound proofing isn't great (especially on a Saturday night) but the room was just lovely and the food (breakfast and dinner) was fabulous! Felt like a real find.

The room is very pleasant but the corridor lights are on all night so the room is not dark,needs cover over the door or light dimmed after say11pm.

Stayed at the inn overnight with a friend on the way to see Stonehenge. We were greeted by Tabitha who made sure anything we needed was taken care of when we checked into our room. She was our waitress as well for dinner and is a credit to the inn and amazing at her job. We loved this place.

Excellent experience at a great pub

Absolutely fantastic stay. Great service, great welcoming people. We eat in the restaurant and the food was great value and excellent quality. All home cooked. Lovely dogs that the kids fell in love with and a great breakfast in the morning included. Absolutely loved this place. Thank you
