"Lovely hotel with pool. Gave us a free upgrade which was lovely. Great location to jump on the tube at tower hill. Breakfast was very busy but we didn't have to wait for a table or at the buffet so no complaints. "

"the room was very comfortable, if not large (this is central London, after all). Service was great, staff was friendly and the location was really great with three underground stops nearby. There were good restaurants nearby. While not particularly cheap, it wasn't outrageously priced, especially for that part of London."
