We had a very good stay at Jury's Inn. The staff was great, probably one of the best in our 2 months trip of Europe and they do everything with great heart. I recall an incident whereby we mistakenly requested for more towels as we didn't see our towels in the bathroom. It was 28th Dec at night and this young intern lady was at the desk. She apologised and actually delivered the towels up to our room herself in no time. I thought that was excellent service and brought a smile to us.
The breakfast was decent, croissants were great but could have done with more variety of food. The breakfast staff was excellent as well, having quick turnarounds to replace the food whenever it is finished.
WIFI was very good and the system makes it easy to connect, not having to reconnect everyday. Room was decent, good size but in our particular room the connecting door was very noisy everyday. It seems like there was some sort of tape behind the door and it kept having the sticking sound.
Location wise was too far for our liking from central london even though the train station was just 10 minutes walk away. It is actually in zone 8 so it was very expensive to travel to and fro. We didn't realise how the oyster card worked so we found out about it to our cost. Overall it is a very decent stay and price wise it is okay considering it is far outside of town. We exceptionally loved London so if we are coming back for Harry Porter we will definitely stay here.
