"It was a very nice hotel and enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent. The only disappointment was that we could not get a free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle is a paid service by a third party and takes 20 minutes. Better to take a uber."

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was convenient and comfortable. One thing to be aware of: if you need to get to Terminal 3, it is quite a long walk. It is manageable, but definitely something to keep in mind, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel."

"Clean room.and hotel staff were very friendly We had a twin room which was a bit small but had everything we needed USB at head of the bed but only 1 (double) 3 pin plug socket Freestanding fan already on which was nice Could do with a dropped kerb at the entrance, I took my mum who uses a walker Bit of a walk from Kings Cross Station but there is a bus. The attached restaurant The Wolfe and Whistle was really nice and reasonably priced"

"Excellent location for terminal 5 with access to the pod which takes you to terminal 5 just a short walk from hotel, room was very clean the hotel has a great bar and restaurant with a terrace that overlooks the airport ideal for plane watching the staff were very friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast was excellent will definitely be staying at this hotel again."

"Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by staff. My room was not ready even though it was just after check-in time. Not a really big deal but inconvenient after a long flight especially from a hotel that offers an early check-in option. I was going to be spending my days out enjoying the city so opted for a room without a window. The room was big for London standards, simple, clean, had a private bathroom, and TV. The shower needed a better clean as it was starting to mildew. Rooms are cleaned after the 3rd night, but if you need anything before then, just ask the front desk. The location of the hotel is minutes from King’s Cross/St Pancras Station and bus stops which makes it super convenient for all your transportation needs. There are also many places to eat and shop nearby. This hotel is good value for your money if you’re looking for no frills accommodations."
