The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Very good break away at Ellesmere Port. Quiet location, seconds off motorway, and walking distance (10 mins) to bus stops & rail station - giving great access to Chester, Port Sunlight & Liverpool.
Bedroom clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast plentiful. Evening meal choices ok.
Staff all friendly - so a good little break .

Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and great service. The staff could not be more helpful. Parking easy and amenities good. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms a little tired but perfectly ok. The only slight downside is the room temperature which was a little on the hot side but overall it was great and we would stay again.

stayed over whilst on a night out around Frodsham. Only thing I could mark them down for was price of bar food, Burger/chips and a pint of fresh orange and lemonade was £22, which is steep.

Great place to stay although just for constructive feedback there were areas that appeared to be forgotten, it has 4 stars on trip advisor but could easily slip to 3, for instance the entrance for guests to access their rooms appears slightly unkempt carpeting needed hoovering and paint work could do with a good wash down, this is first impressions. The rooms were comfortable but again areas of dusting appeared not to happen or had not been checked. The bathroom could do with the grouting to be...

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

Very pleasant mid-week stay in Hoole. Exactly one mile from Chester centre, a nice stroll along the canal. Room comfortable and warm, staff helpful and pleasant, breakfast good with decent coffee! Very good on-site parking.

Hartford Hall is lovely, the restaurant does high quality food and the drinks are good.
We stayed in a family room which has a double bed and a sofa bed. In general the room was good, it had a good shower and was a decent price for the quality however there were a few little things that could be improved upon. Mainly that the sofa bed was awkward to sit on as the cushions kept on sliding off, the selection of refreshments in the room were not great, (they only had Nespresso coffee which had no...
