Lovely Hotel, booked a suite gorgeous decor, one complaint please purchase new pillows they were like bricks, both come away with sore necks, food and drink good, drinks at bar reasonably priced, Hotel has a very chilled vibe, would defo return for a weekend away, imagine in summer even nicer sitting out in the gardens. Used pool, jacuzzi and steam room all good, clean and not to busy, don’t hesitate on booking a stay lovely hotel all staff really helpful and friendly x

stayed over whilst on a night out around Frodsham. Only thing I could mark them down for was price of bar food, Burger/chips and a pint of fresh orange and lemonade was £22, which is steep.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Very good break away at Ellesmere Port. Quiet location, seconds off motorway, and walking distance (10 mins) to bus stops & rail station - giving great access to Chester, Port Sunlight & Liverpool. Bedroom clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast plentiful. Evening meal choices ok. Staff all friendly - so a good little break .

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Super convenient as part of the airport/train station complex, able to wheel the airport trolley (costs £1) from collecting our bags from our flight to actually inside the hotel room (as advised by reception staff as a possibility) & then the following morning to the side of the train.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for all of Liverpool. Very clean facilities. Very pleased with our stay.

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Amazing value for money. Was able to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room very clean. Large room. Overlooking the Echo arena and wheel. Perfect location. Discounted parking. Great selection of breakfast, constantly being refilled.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Stayed over weekend as was seeing Rick Astley concert in the local wonderful delemere forest . Hotel was absolutely wonderful enjoyed our stay more than ever, well done to all the staff it was truely wonderful and we will return to visit the wonderful area surrounding it definitely again
