"The flat was small but clean and well-converted. The rooms are a decent size and the sitting room/kitchen fine for a small flat. Nice to have a Nespresso machine on the kitchen. The entry system worked well for four people coming in and out at different times, and there were good dog-walking areas nearby. "

"Amazing apartment. Beautifully decorated and upgraded. Perfectly clean. Private well-kept garden. Large parking spot. Clean neat driveway. Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! Absolutely worthwhile.. wish we had known about this with our many visits to Guildford previously - would have avoided some horrors!Rent with no trepidation and full expectation of perfect!"

"Very pleased with the property. Our stay was brief, just needed a place for the night, so cannot comment on facilities or local area. We would have liked details of accessing the property a little sooner - we had to message to request them. Locating the key box was not quite as obvious as stated! But perfect for our needs. "Super first floor flat. Accessed via outside stairs. Clean and very well presented. Close to pubs/restaurants/town centre. Right next to public car park. Host left milk/water for guests. Makes a huge difference. Thankyou! Double bed, and comfy double sofa bed. Well kitted out kitchen. Would recommend and would definitely use again. Many thanks"
